It's been a more than a few weeks since my last post. My oldest son got married and we took a trip to Seattle and Whislter and with all the distractions, I just could not get around to posting.
I have been busy, though, thinking and talking to a few close friends about how to best use my weblog. We are exploring an idea to open up my weblog to a few other authors, namely, two of my friends who share similar interests and are knowledge "pack rats" like me. We also share a keen interest in helping organizations become better and improve to their full potential.
If I decide to go this route, I will have to upgrade my TypePad subscription, it seems, to allow others to post on my site. We are also considering promoting the weblog to a professional association whose goals include organizational and people development.
Anyway, just a quick update on goings on. Will have more later.
